friendly location, price and staff

Best thing about Relais Francesca was closeness to the train station and parking -

Breakkfast was a bit limiting

The staff were friendly and helpful. They directed us to the places we wanted to visit.

The local drivers made it hard to get out of the B & B.

Very clean,friendly & helpful staff,nice breakfast.

It would be perfect to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Circumvesuviana station is really near the house. The room was tiny but cosy and nett.

There was neither minibar nor fridge in the room and the nearest place to buy a chilled drink in the evening was about 200 metres from the house.

Location was very good and the host Francesca was most helpful, the whole experience was very good and we would recommend it to anyone

Expected better for the price paid, even though receptionist was very helpful. We had a car to travel but do not bother booking here without a car!

The cleanless of the room , the staff, the breakfast, the quiet place , the proximity of the railway station, the proximity of sorrento , amalfi coast , capri, vesuvio etc, the beach in meta whicj is less than 1 km away( large and not so crowded but expensive ) , the budget restaurants in piano ( tre arcade especialy )

The beach in piano ( thin, crowded and noisy ), all shops are closed in evening and weekends , the lack of sidewaks and tourists in Piano
